Meeting the e-team winner Vahur!
- Hannah 07.11.2007 20.06
Hello everyone!
So this is it!
This is what I have been most afraid of – no time at all. I thought, sorry, I knew - I’d be busy but I never thought that I wouldn't have any time to myself at all. It’s a funny thing with this blog – every time I’m in the mood to write something, there is no Internet connection or just simply no time to do it. Every time I have just a little time, the words aren't forthcoming and nothing good is comes out. But I think it’s generally just a question of personality - some people live with their feelings, some people hide their feelings and some people share their emotions… and also I know that we all have different periods during our life, which means that sometimes - it can happen to everybody - you are just too tired to give anything out of yourself.
So generally, after Wembley came the busy time when I was much involved with interviews and meetings and everything you already know. Also, we have this funny situation that all the birthdays of my family members are in October or in May. So, I sacrificed some time for the birthdays at the end of the October… which was great! Ofcourse, I love my family!
Now, let's leave the personal life behind and concentrate the main thing. One of the great events took part at the beginning of November, which was dinner of the first month e-team winner! To those who don’t know yet, what is e-team, go and visit my page, it’s worth it! You can visit it by clicking here!
Basically it’s the place for fans who like to help to spread to word about the things I'm doing and about my music and also for those who want to be more involved with my life. Every month there are different prizes for the winner and October’s prize was a dinner with me.
The winner was Vahur Joa, an 18 year old guy, with many interests and generally a very educated, lovely and fun person. We talked about everything. His hobbies are football, films, music and I found out that his mother is baker and he also likes cooking, which - as you might know, I love! But he likes to cook only pastries and cakes… as he admitted as the evening goes by... which is not a bad habit I think. At least you can leave the dessert for somebody else.
He was very keen on everything, which is great I think because now days there are too many young people without any interests and it’s a real pity. So, we enjoyed our dinner and interesting chat together and that again gave me proof that my fans are extraordinary, intelligent and nice people!
Here is a few pictures of my dinner with Vahur:

Anyway, it was a great evening and I'm looking forward to meeting the next winner and hope also to be in touch with Vahur in the future!
So, it’s Wednesday, 7th November and my second duty calls – I’m the Ambassador of Estonian Tourism now – which means, that I will introduce Estonia to the world. My very first little project was the British Press Association journalist Anna Ford's visit to Estonia.
Four days full of activity and the story will be mainly about great history of Estonia and Tallinn and about the great spa’s we have in Estonia. It will be exciting!
Follow us - it's worth it!
With love, like always,
Hannah
