My Summer

Hi my friends,

I hope you are having a lovely summer, mine has been beautiful.
After an extremely sunny time in Cannes, I came back to London for a little
bit and finished one new track. It was the last one I'm writing for the
album so it's very exciting because the album is now complete!

Then because it's August and everyone's having a fun time on holiday, it was
time to leave London again and head home to Estonia for the rest of the
month. I'm so happy I've done this because August in Estonia is so
beautiful. I've driven across the country and realised again just how gorgeous the
country is. My month so far has been quite the opposite of glamourous
London. I've totally taken time off and spent time chilling out.

One of my favourite things is spending time at our summer house by the sea.
I took my beautiful dogs and just sat on the sand, watching the waves for
hours. There were no other people on the beach, just miles and miles of
emptyness. Bliss. I've been going to the house since I was born, so it's
full of cherished childhood memories for me. If the sky is clear, I love
sitting on the roof and looking at the sky, spotting all the stars. The look
like a million tiny & shiny crystals. London is so full of smog, that you
never get to see them properly.

Another day we went off to the forest and picked red whortleberries.
Estonians normally pick these berries and make a jam to be served on
Christmas Eve with sausages. Thanks to my little trip I've got five jars
full of that jam - bring on Xmas!

Now I'm enjoying a final few days off as September is going to be very busy
for me. My second single will be out soon and I'm also heading back into the
studio to work on an exciting new project. I'll tell you about that very
soon, promise!
