Please ask a parent or guardian to read through these terms and conditions before entering the competition. If you are under 16 years of age please get a parent's or guardian's permission before entering. In the event that any user of our website and services is under 18 (and so a minor), then we would advise that a parent, or guardian of the minor, supervises his/her use of the internet. It is the parent’s or guardian’s responsibility to determine which of the services is appropriate for their child. Extra care and caution should be given when revealing personal information in respect of a child. Any personal information (entrant’s name, age and email address) will be used solely in connection with this competition, and in association with this website, and will not be disclosed to any third party, except for the purpose of fulfilling the prize where applicable.

 Terms and Conditions

1. To enter this competition you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. One entry per person, no bulk or third party entries.

4. Postal entries for competitions should be sent with your name, address, daytime telephone number, competition you are entering and answer to: Hannah competition, Snowdog Records, Maakri 23a, 10145, Tallinn, Estonia

5. Email entries for competitions should be send to competitions@hannahsite.com clearly stating in the subject header the competition you are entering.

6. Competition is open to all UK residents only. You must be 18 or under to enter as of 04/11/09.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post or offered for delivery insufficiently stamped. Proof of delivery will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

8. Prizes are as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given. However the promoter has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change.

9. All entries and copyright in them automatically become the property of Snowdog Records

10. All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise.

11. The closing date for receipt of entries is November 30th 2009. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone, email or post within two weeks of the closing date.
